【WINERY】The Tach family has owned Château Les Clauzots for over a century. Five generations have worked relentlessly and with passion to build up the reputation of the wines of the estate. The superbly exposed vineyard is ideally situated on the highest point of the village of Saint-Pierre-de-Mons at 60 km South-East from Bordeaux.

【TASTING】Fresh lemon, melded with ripe melon fruit, followed by a crisp, mineral finish. Lemon coloured with a nose of grapefruit, banana, melon and minerals, with a hint of smoke. The palate is medium bodied and refreshing, with grassy citrus fruits and hints of wax and a long fine finish.

【FOOD PAIRINGS】Perfect with shellfish and seafood in general as well as with goats cheese. Salads with a citrus dressing.
